	<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree pixel! I realize that you probably mean year-round lighting, but I would be delighted if downtown&#39;s highrises made more of an effort at Christmastime. I remember a few years back when most of the buildings could be seen shining with their white (and some random red) lights. That was a sight! Now, the Bank of America Building and the Fasken Center are the only two that are noticable from afar.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#39;ve said this for years and I&#39;ll say it here. To make Midland truly noticable from I-20 we need to have the buildings lit up. Run lights from top to bottom and make them shine (Think Dallas or Kansas City skylines.) Our tall buildings need to be seen at night and if people see the lights of downtown...they will stop to check it out, beside the fact that it would just look too cool.</p>
