I would love to see a more “River Walk” atmosphere - like in San Antonio - without the river of course.  One of my favorite places to eat in Dallas is called Texadelphia. They have the best Philly Cheese steaks.  That would be a nice thing to see here. Add some cool places to shop and I think downtown Midland would be a nice place to hang out.
