When at Cancun Grill you feel as if you are in downtown Mexico City and experiencing the unique flavors from Mexican cuisine, including steaks flamed to a searing 1600°.  Only the best steak houses in the U.S. have their chefs prepare their steaks to such perfection and only two other locations in Midland use these specialized methods.  Our steaks are hand cut and layered with Cancun’s special rub, which will melt in your mouth with tender flavor.  Our salads are topped with fresh homemade dressings.
