Buildings’ occupancy remains encouraging

Oilman Clayton Williams said Tuesday at the opening of the Fasken Center’s refurbished Williams Plaza in honor of his wife Modesta and him that the local real estate market has continued to do well during the year-long national economic meltdown.  “We’re proud to be downtown.”
