The Downtown Midland Management District (DMMD) is devoted to the revitalization of downtown Midland. The sentiment is to be a community support in revitalizing, and really re-urbanizing, the downtown area. We want to support open dialogue about the need for new businesses, better infrastructure, and a new face and image for downtown.
